*How do I prepare for the ultrasound?
-Be well hydrated, and wearing comfortable, loose fitting clothes.

*Do I need a TV to view the ultrasound?
-Yes, we can connect to your television with a HDMI cable, so everyone can see the ultrasound! (We bring the HDMI cable with us!)

*Do I fill out a waiver?
-Yes, you will sign a waiver for the ultrasound, explaining that the ultrasound is for entertainment purposes, and not meant to replace your diagnostic visits to your doctor.
*How many people can watch the ultrasound?
-As many as your family room will hold!
Ultrasound Information:
*How long is the ultrasound?
-The ultrasound can take anywhere from 30 minutes to 45 minutes, depending on how co-operative baby is. We do not rush through the ultrasound. There is plenty to see, and we will take our time admiring your baby. Prepare to have the entire appointment last up to an hour.

*Is the ultrasound safe?
-Ultrasound has been used in pregnancies for the last 4 decades. There are no known side effects from having an ultrasound, and are considered safe.

*Will my health insurance policy cover this ultrasound?
-No, this ultrasound is for entertainment only, so insurance will not cover it.
*What is your cancellation policy:
-Cancellation within 24 hours of booking is free.
-Same Day cancellation charge is $50
-Same Day Reschedule charge is $30

So much has changed in everyone's lives, especially during the unprecedented time of uncertainty with the COVID-19 pandemic.
Many expecting mothers were not allowed to bring their significant other to their ultrasound doctor appointment. Since that time, most Doctor Offices will only allow one support person to be with mom during the ultrasound.

Hey, Baby! Mobile 4D Ultrasound offers that bonding time for everyone, in the comfort and safety of your own home. From parents, grandparents, and siblings, everyone can watch the ultrasound- We can even have a Zoom Meeting with extended family and friends! Or we can broadcast LIVE on TikTok so an unlimited number of friends and family can watch the ultrasound in real time, and interact with you and each other during the ultrasound!
Our equipment is always sanitized, and your sonographer wears gloves. Your sonographer can certainly wear a mask as well, if you would prefer that. Safety is our top priority!

Have you ever seen something bad?
Unfortunately, yes.
It doesn't happen very often, but it has happened.
If there is anything that is seen on the ultrasound that does not appear normal, I will certainly let you know. We can contact your doctor together, if needed.
